Due to the Covid-19 virus, we will be enacting our Act of God policy and will happily extend credits for the full amount of your reservation for a future stay at the Hotel up to two years from the reservation date and we will allow this policy to supersede all other policies until further notice. If you would like to take advantage of this at any time, please email the Hotel at email@example.com and reference your reservation number. We will cancel your reservation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation and we will keep your credit information filed. When the time is right, please contact our office to reschedule.
We feel this is the best course of action for two reasons: 1) We guarantee our guests with upcoming reservations that their money is secure and 2) We ensure our guests with future reservations that our Hotel will still be operational.
At this time and until further notice, the Hotel is closed. Our US office is closed for the foreseeable future as well, so if you need to contact us, please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org. In some cases, response time may be delayed so we appreciate your patience.
